We adhere to five basic principles that are quintessential to the Torrid identity.
Our goal is to provide outstanding customer service to both Torrid customers and associates.
Our open office environment and quarterly meetings ensure that our HQ associates are always in the loop. In addition, our stores meet by district twice a year to make sure our field associates stay ahead of the game.
Development and Recognition
Training classes are available throughout the year to ensure associates are developing the skills they need to reach their goals. Promoted employees are honored at our quarterly communication meeting. In the field, District Managers regularly meet with Store Management to ensure that all Torrid employees remain up-to-date on best practices.
We believe in giving back to our community! Through our annual Backpack Drive and Holiday Adopt-a-Family program, we strive to help those who are less fortunate in our local communities.
