Maintain high standards of customer service at all times; set an example for the team and go above and beyond to deliver a great experience to every patient.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records at all times.
Monitor the refill email inbox and all other refill requests (phone, text, etc). Respond to every refill request within 12 hours.
Prepare refill prescription forms to be approved by the medical staff; send scripts to pharmacies after appropriate medical staff approval.
Ensure that all patients requesting refills are up to date on labs, physicals, payment information, and any other necessary steps prior to filling their requests.
Stay up to date on all 4Ever Young HRT/TRT products and services, and the pharmacies and labs your center works with. Educate yourself using 4Ever Young training materials and through talking with medical staff.
Answer patient questions about the refill process, labwork, billing, etc. Serve as a liaison
between pharmacies, labs, and patients when needed to ensure a smooth process for patients.
Handle any required shipping of products and supplies.
Protect patient privacy; follow HIPAA and medical compliance guidelines as appropriate to your role. This includes handling of patient forms and medical records as well as using your judgment to offer patients private space for questions if needed.
Assist with inventory or ordering of office and medical supplies and vitamin products as
Cover the front desk as needed; be prepared to answer the phone and check patients in and out using 4Ever Young proper procedures.
Follow medical compliance and 4Ever Young company policies at all times.
Perform other duties as requested. Be a strong team player with a positive attitude, and do what needs to be done without being asked.
