11th Annual Boo 'n Brew Fall Festival

Celebrate an early Halloween at Clay Terrace's Annual Boo 'n Brew Fall Festival! Children 10 and under are invited to trick-or-treat at participating retailers and up and down Clay Terrace Boulevard. Boo 'n Brew hosts a variety of fall fun for kids and families of all ages! Guests are encouraged to show up in their best Halloween Costume (bring your fur-friends too)!

Enjoy face painting, balloon artists, Silly Safari Animal Shows, a pumpkin patch, horse-drawn hayrides & so much more!  

Parents and those guests over 21 are welcome to join in on the "BREW" of Boo 'n Brew, offering a large beer garden, with four local breweries: Grand Junction Brewing Co, Bier Brewery,  Field Brewing, and Vino Mobile Bar. While you sip, enjoy TWO live band performances on our main stage: Toy Factory & Stella Luna and the Satellites!

Parking Information: 

The southbound lane of Clay Terrace Boulevard (from Express to Orvis) will be closed for the event. Event Parking is available in the open-air lots on the east or west side of Clay Terrace Blvd (behind the buildings).  Traffic heading southbound will be routed to the west and behind Dick's Sporting Goods to continue southbound.
