Oyster Night every Monday at Upland Brewing Co. through February!
Starting at 3 pm, guests can order any quantity at $3/each. Oysters come with a side of raw horseradish and housemade cocktail sauce.

Harbor: Richibucto, New Brunswick
Oyster Type Name: Acadian Pearl
Size: 2-3.5″
Characteristics: This oyster is plump, crunchy but relatively lean, giving a slightly ionized and sweet flavor reminiscent of the best Mediterranean clams.
Upland Beer: The Oysters pair fantastically with Petal to the Kettle Tart Series ABV 5.5%
The grapefruit, peach and strawberry flavor complement the aromas of rose and hibiscus petals that give it a pinkish purple hue.
In addition, their Campside Pale Ale is on special every Monday at $4 a pint / $12 a pitcher!
